WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

​SumFins Fishy guarantees live arrival on all of our stock. Our guarantee lasts for the first 24 hours of arriving to your home. In the rare case that a fish arrives DOA, simply provide us with a picture of the fish purchased on a piece of paper towel and we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

We do not provide refunds for shipping and handling.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship all livestock out on Mondays and Tuesdays via Priority 2-Day shipping to avoid any unnecessary delays over the weekend. All boxes are insulated and heat packs are used depending on where the shipment is going. We take care in how we package and ship our livestock to you.

DO YOU HAVE AN OPTION FOR LOCAL PICK-UP?

Yes, free local pick-up is available in Apex, NC (Beaver Creek Area). Please place your order online and select the option for local pick-up. You will receive an email to arrange pick-up time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. All shipments require a domestic US address (no P.O. Boxes)

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All major Debit & Credit cards are accepted at check out. 

HOW OFTEN IS STOCK UPDATED?

We update our inventory list regularly as our less mature fish continue to grow or new shipments arrive from our  breeders. Be sure to Subscribe to our email list so you don't miss the news of the latest arrivals!

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I RECEIVE MY FISH?

Once getting your new fish you will need to safely acclimate them to your desired tank or fish community. Check out our Resources Page for a step-by-step guide on how to safely acclimate your fish to their new home.
